Step 1: Initial Inspection & Assessment

Step 2: Dry Soil & Debris Removal
Using rug-dusting equipment and thorough front/back vacuuming, we remove loose soil, dust, pet hair, and sand that act like sandpaper. Proper dry soil removal prevents grit from embedding during wet cleaning.
Step 3: Pre-Treatment & Spot/Stain Treatment
We target specific stains (pet urine, coffee/tea, wine, grease, mud) with chemistry-matched spotters and pre-treat fringe or bindings as needed so they clean up without damage.
Step 4: Gentle Washing & Cleaning
Based on fiber and dye stability, we select the right method (often low-moisture for wool). pH-balanced, eco-friendly detergents are applied, then the rug is rinsed and extracted thoroughly to avoid residue and rapid re-soiling.
Step 5: Drying & Grooming
We dry with air movers/dehumidification or controlled airflow, monitoring moisture until fully dry. Then we groom pile direction, comb fringe, and perform a final vacuum and inspection for texture, color, and overall condition.
Step 6: Optional Fabric Protection & Final Inspection
Upon request, we apply a protector to help repel spills and stains. A final, front-to-back inspection ensures the rug meets our standards. We then roll/wrap it for pickup or delivery.
